At Get Relax, we offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day
• Orders after 3:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day
• A tracking number is shared once your parcel is handed to the courier

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives — no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and photograph any damaged goods to help us resolve the issue faster.
