Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
02 — Eligible Returns
  • You received a damaged, defective, or broken product
  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
  • The product seal was broken upon arrival (manufacturing defect)
  • The product is significantly different from what was described
03 — Non-Eligible Returns
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective)
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)

Provide DetailsShare your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Await ConfirmationOur team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm eligibility.

Return the ProductIf approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or provide return instructions.

Refund ProcessedOnce received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
05 — Refund Methods
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
  • Online payments: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store credit: Available upon request as an alternative
06 — Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to accommodate for eligible returns. Mention your preference when contacting us and we will send a replacement promptly.
